Russian dictator Vladimir khuilo, traditionally again be late. The plane has landed in New York, but his speech at the UN will take place later than it had planned.

September 28, Vladimir khuilo spoke at the UN General Assembly. In his speech, khuilo avoids the topic Ukraine, but later he say about the conflict in the Donbass in his usual tone. (khuilo’s main thesis “The conflict in Ukraine – a civil war”).

khuilo’s speech was trailed all day and broadcast live on the main Russian state television channels, where it was portrayed as another step towards Russia reclaiming its rightful place in the centre of the international stage.

Some interesting phrases of khuilo’s speech at the 70th session of the UN General Assembly:

About Ukraine

In Ukraine, where the discontent of population with the current authorities was used and the military coup was orchestrated from outside — that triggered a civil war as a result.
We’re confident that only through full and faithful implementation of the Minsk agreements of February 12th, 2015, can we put an end to the bloodshed. What is needed is a genuine consideration for the interests and rights of the people in the Donbas region and respect for their choice. These steps will guarantee that Ukraine will develop as a civilized society.

About sanctions

Not long ago, it seemed that in the economic sphere, with its objective market loss, we would launch a leafwithout dividing lines.Nevertheless, today, unilateral sanctions circumventing the U.N. Charter have become commonplace, in addition to pursuing political objectives. The sanctions serve as a means of eliminating competitors.

About terrorism

We believe that any attempts to play games with terrorists. This may result in engulfing new regions… Unfortunately, Russia is not an exception. We cannot allow these criminals who already tasted blood to return back home and continue their evil doings. We think it is an enormous mistake to refuse to cooperate with the Syrian government and its armed forces.

Undoubtedly, the last quote deserves the award for the most cynical lies. Talk about the fight against terrorism… But support terrorists the latest weaponry … How is this possible? Vladimir, stop to lie. Try to answer the questions:

Who supplies the weapons and equipment to terrorists in the East Ukraine?
Who creates the base for training terrorists in the East Ukraine?
Who provides information support to the terrorists?

P.S.

Hashtag #khuiloKillerMH17 entered in top-5 in the Ukrainian Twitter. Last question, Vladimir. Who killed of passengers in MH17?
